Medical Camps in Nakuru Kenya

HHF volunteers setting up medical camps every quarter. Medical camps have doctors, nurses, hiv team and medicines for the people in Gioto garbage slum. In April 2013 we are planning 3 medical camp in the slums Gioto, Barut and Rhonda.

Local support in Germany with Die Flotte e.V

Hardcore Help Foundation is part of Die Flotte e.V. This registered association in Germany is a social club that helps people. We support several local projects like providing accomodation for homeless people and help them with jobs. Give the people in need a future! http://www.zurFlotte.de

Housing Project "Hausboot"

"Hausboot" is a housing project for homeless youth together with our association Flotte e.V. Its a 3 floor apartment located in Bochum Germany. In February 2013 first kids have moved in 

One Hundred for Haiti

The HHF is supporting One Hundred For Haiti.

One Hundred for Haiti is a global collective of individuals, artists, businesses, and organizations who are providing direct action, humanitarian aid through relief initiatives and rebuilding projects to help in the healing process of post-earthquake Haiti.

HHF supports Die Tafeln

The HHF is supporting the Bundesverband Deutsche Tafel e.V. This association is supplying youthcentres, schools and homelesscentres with food. For an example the tafel in the city of Essen deliveres food to the JZE. They pursue the aim to obtain flawless foodstuffs from wholesalers, retailers, markets and bakeries and to     distribute these to people in need. Food for the needy!!!
